These days we hear about for important exercise is and that we should all eat healthier.  I do find that maybe true. I have a strong belief that even a little bit of exercise goes along way. What if you jump-roped to workout.

I will tell you my brother is a health nut and he loves this jump rope. I haven't quite mastered it, but he has. He wasn't, much of a jump roper, but once he found his rhythm he was on a roll.
