Acrylic Paint review

I am no artist, but I really enjoy painting with my children. I have a great imagination, but when it comes to putting them on paper in a drawing or painting I absolutely stink at it.

Now do not get me wrong I do like to try and paint for the fact that my kids think my pictures are pretty "awesome."

The product I received is a 12 color set of acrylic paint form U.S Art Supply. They come in 12 ML tubes.

The paints fit well in storage slots.

The high pigments are great for smooth consistency, a satin finish, and a great covering range.

What I love about this paint is how fast it dries. The paint is also water-based.

This paint is good for canvases, wood, fabric and more.

The kiddos can even use it because they contains no lead and is non-toxic.

The 12 colors that came with mine are:
titanium white
lemon yellow
Yellow ochre
Vermilion
Crimson red
Hooker's green
lamp black
Raw umber
Burnt sienna
Cobalt blue
Ultramarine blue
Viridian

I will say that I love mixing white with colors to get a lighter effect. I did paint my first canvas today with my daughters choosing colors.

My picture is not the best, but hey if my kids like it than I am one happy mama.

JAFRA Blends Review

I had the pleasure to try JAFRA Blends . It came in my Fresca VoxBox from influenster. This sweet scent fragrance is mild and  tolerable.  The scent I recieved is Blackberry Juniper Magnolia   and comes in a 1 oz glass bottle.  Along with this fragrance came 3 small trial tubes.  Those scents are Violet Pomegranate, Sea salt rose petals, & blackberry juniper magnolia.  Each scent can be wore by itself or with another scent. Blending the scents gives it a nice touch.  Some of the blends that I have tries are: Blackberry Juniper magnolia & Sea Salt Rose Petals Sea Salt Rose Petals & Violet Pomegranate.  The scents after being blended is heavenly. I do not find them over-bearing.   For someone who is sensitive to smells like myself, I have not experienced any issues with this fragrance.  Overall I would recommend this product , especially if you are ...

Le Tomcat Diaries Book Review

" Le Tomcat Diaries " is quite an interesting book. This book is written in from a first person prospective. The tomcat Mr. Blinker is the one telling the story.  He is the leader of his neighborhood in England until his humans Victoria and Hans decide to move to France.  Mr. Blinkers is not thrilled about the move to France and soon discovers things are quite different than he ever experienced.  He is very resourceful and makes a few friends once in France. When he and his humans find out their villa is a disaster waiting to happen it drives Mr. Blinkers mad.  I love the way Blinkers describes his humans personalities and the scenery around him.  After months of adjusting he realizes he likes his new home and will do what it takes to be the tomcat in charge.  There are times I laughed and times were I felt the book dragged on.  Overall the book itself is good.
