The Last Concerto Book Review

In my free time long after my kiddos are asleep, I stay up and read. Some books are so well written that I stay up all night just to finish it. I am a bookworm. I can read books written for any genre. Anything!!!

My passion books started as a young child and continued into adulthood. I have read several books. Many have made me cry, laugh out loud, angry and just plain happy.

If you want to read a book that is suspenseful, with a little bit of mystery and a pinch of romance "The Lost Concerto" written by Helaine Mario is an excellent read. I couldn't put it down.

This book really blew me away and the main character Magdalena O'Shea a pianist embarks on a crazy life changing adventure to find her missing godson.  The things she discovers will change her as the truth about her past start to reveal themselves.

"The Lost Concerto" will have you rooting for the good guys. I especially loved the twist in the end. It made me a little emotional, but totally not what I expected. The twist fits well in a good way. I am glad it ends the way it does.

Helaine Mario is an excellent  writer and highly recommend giving "The Lost Concerto" a try.

If that isn't enough.... here's another reason to read it. Music, that's right this book involves a lot of music references... names like Bach, Mozart, and Chopin are mentioned frequently throughout the book.

A good read for classical music lovers.

Ankle Bracelet Review

I haven’t wore ankle bracelets in many years. I have always liked them, but they would break easily or I would lose them. I finally came across an ankle bracelet that I love and have been wearing since the day I received it. So, you are probably wondering what makes this ankle bracelet so special right? Well for starters this ankle bracelet isn’t cheaply made or as flimsy as the ones I have bought in the past. I like this some much I purchased two. It's a must have since Summer has officially arrived.  The design is absolutely beautiful. Silver flowers go all the way around the anklet. The silver heart is the best feature of the anklet. The length… I have big ankles and they swell all the time because I am constantly on my week at work and the anklet fits with plenty of space. Durability... I have yet to experience any issues with it. I've worn it every day. I have to wear pants, socks, and sneakers at my place of employment and the anklet has yet to fail ...

Goddess VoxBox

Influenster really went all out with the Goddess VoxBox. I will say it is by far my favorite one to date. The goodies inside this box didn't disappoint and I am happy to share them with you. So let's talk about what I received in my Goddess VoxBox. Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner- I am not usually a fan of Pantene products, but I am really impressed with how soft and moisturized my hair felt after using it. My hair is naturally curly and frizzy after using the Pantene Intense moisture shampoo and conditioner I noticed a big difference. Cutex Nail Polish Remover Wipes -   I paint my nails a lot and go through nail polish remover like crazy. What I really liked about Cutex was the way it removed nail polish without any issues. The polish came off very easy. It also does not have a strong scent like the other polish removers I've used. Sinful Colors - I love nail polish and in this VoxBox I received a nail polish from the Kylie Jenner Satin Collection. The po...

Rosa Red Applicator Makeup Blender Sponge Review

First I want to say I really love this make-up sponge. It gives me an even application, which is a bonus. It's soft and applies make-up easily. It is easy to clean and is reusable. This little pink make-up sponge is the ideal make-up sponge. It is perfect for reaching those hard spots on your face. Unlike other sponges that I have used this one absorbs just the right amount of make-up. That helps prevent excess amount of make-up being wasted.  This sponge is super soft. Fits comfortably in your hand and is soft to the touch on the face.  As I stated earlier the sponge helps apply make-up to hard to reach spots on the face. The cone shape is an awesome idea.  My favorite thing about this sponge is.... it being reusable. The sponge is so easy to clean. Apply water to it and softly squeeze and let it dry. That's it that simple.  Now this sponge comes with a case, well it's supposed to, but for some reason mine did not. I cannot give you much about the t...
